Once you have decided on the style of grillz you want we will post out an impression kit and order form which you need to complete to finalise your order. We will instruct you on how to take the impression of your teeth once the kit arrives with you.

The order form confirms the grillz placement in your mouth as all of the styles we offer are available on any top or bottom teeth and are available in Silver, 9ct/14ct/18ct White Gold Yellow Gold or Rose Gold.

We guarantee all orders are made out of solid silver or gold based on the specific carat and style requested by the client. All sales are final, and no refunds/exchanges are accepted.

Grillz are not intended for any dental purposes, so you should remove your grillz prior to eating, drinking, sleeping, smoking, playing sports, or any other activities that may result in the grill being damaged or dislodged from its proper position.

Please do not wear grillz if you have dental issues.

Your order will take around 2 weeks once we receive your mould back. On some occasions, due to grillz being such a bespoke product, orders can take up to 4 weeks. Because grillz are such a highly detailed product sometimes it can take a couple of adjustments before the grill fits your mouth perfectly, we ask for your understanding and patience if your grill requires further adjustment from the initial fitting.
